Salon Owners turned Property Sistas! We are two busy moms and proud owners of two booming salons in Austin, TX with a love and passion for design and renovation. We love supporting local and driving business to local areas and when we saw condos for sale in the small resort community of Point Venture on Lake Travis, we knew we had to get them and bring a little bit of our ecletic, modern boho style to this adorable Lake Travis and golf community near Lago Vista!

The private gym is for Point Venture residents oand guests only and as our guest, you will have access to this and more!
Library
Need a quite place to get some work done or to get lost in a good book? Point Venture residents and guests have access to a private lending library, meeting room and free wifi!
Golf
Point Venture Golf Club is a public 9-hole golf course and pro shop. Since the course was laid out on a peninsula on the north shore of Lake Travis, beautiful views of the lake can be seen from four of the 9 holes. The best part...our units back up to hole 2 !
Private Lake Access
As our guest, you will have access to the 50 acre lakefront private park on the north side of Lake Travis. Enjoy volleyball, disc golf, basketball, beach , playground, party pavilion, and boat ramp all a short walk or car ride away!
Pool
Enjoy an olympic size swimming pool overlooking Lake Travis. The pool is located near the event rooms, private gym and library just a little over mile from The Golden Girls!
Gnarly Gar
Enjoy a live music, food, and cocktails on a floating dock. The Gnarly Gar is a fun local favorite with great veiws! The Gnarly Gar is only a little over a mile from our units!
